Notice on Airline Boarding Requirement for Certificate of Negative Result of Nucleic Acid Tests for Covid-19

According to the joint announcement from the Civil Aviation Administration of China, the General Administration of Customs of China and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China on 20 July 2020, passenger

traveling to China will be required to take a negative nucleic acid test for Covid-19 and apply for Health Declaration Form before boarding.The following procedures are for your reference:

I. Foreign passenger traveling from Lithuania to China or via some countries (Click here for the updated list: https://hr.cs.mfa.gov.cn/help_two/help-two/gj.html) shall fill in and submit Health Declaration

Form after receiving COVID-19 negative certificate issued by designated clinics in Lithuania (attachment 1).

The nucleic acid test for COVID-19 must be taken within three days before boarding.

II.Foreign passenger shall send the scanned copy of passport(personal information page), COVID-19 negative test certificate and signed Health Declaration Form(Attachment 2) to the following email

address(chinaembassylt@gmail.com). After the due verification within 1 working day,the Embassy will send back scanned copy of Health Declaration Form with a stamp to the passenger by email.

Please make sure that your name on the test report is the same as that on your travel document.

III.Passenger shall be required to present the print-out certified Health Declaration Form within the validity period at check-in or before boarding.

It is recommended that passenger should take the original negative test certificate.
