I. Testing Requirements

All passengers from Lithuania to China can undergo the PCR test either in the country of origin or in the country of transfer (No limit on the transits) within 48 hours before boarding the direct flight to China  and apply for HDC code with the Chinese Embassy or Consulate-general where the test is taken.

II. Steps to apply for the HDC code

3-1. Log on the website: https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/.

3-2. Register with email and log in.

3-3. Fill out the application and upload the following documents:

3-3-1. Passport Information Page.

3-3-2. Chinese visa or residence permit.

3-3-3. One negative reports of nucleic acid (PCR) test

3-3-4. Travel itinerary (Air tickets from the transit city to a Chinese airport)
