On Oct. 17, 2013, Vice Foreign Minister Li Baodong met with the visiting Special Envoy of the Ottawa Convention and Jordanian Prince Mired Bin Raad Bin Zeid Al-Hussein. The two sides exchanged views on the Convention-related work progress, China's landmine policies, as well as international humanitarian assistance on landmine clearance, and other issues.
