Zhai Jun was appointed Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of France and concurrently Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Principality of Monaco, replacing Kong Quan.

Yang Yanyi was appointed Head of the Mission and Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the European Union, replacing Wu Hailong.

Wu Hailong was appointed Permanent Representative and Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the United Nations Office at Geneva and Other International Organizations in Switzerland, replacing Liu Zhenmin.

Huang Huikang was appointed Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Malaysia, replacing Chai Xi.
