On January 21, 2014, Director-General of the Department of Asian Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Luo Zhaohui met at request with Assistant Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development of Canada Susan Bincoletto. Both sides exchanged views on the issue of Afghanistan, the South China Sea issue, regional cooperation and so on.
