On February 18, 2014, Huang Ping, Director-General of the Department of Consular Affairs of the Foreign Ministry called on Dato Syed Munshe Afdzaruddin Bin Syed Hassan, Chief of Protocol and Consular of Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kuala Lumpur.
