Up on request of Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Barbados, Billie Miller and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, Rudolph Insanally, Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing will visit the two countries from September 30 to October 4.
