On December 14 2004 Assistant Foreign Minister Shen Guofang met with the delegation led by Mr. Sakiusa Rabuka, President of the APC and Vice Minister of Justice of Fiji. The two sides exchanged views on issues like bilateral friendly cooperation, Asia-Pacific refugees, immigrants etc. The Fiji's side handed over the work of APC annual meeting next year to the Chinese side.
