2013-04-13 15:23

On April 13, 2013, Foreign Minister Wang Yi met with U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry. During the meeting Wang noted that coping with climate change, clean energy and environmental protection may become new growth points in China-U.S. cooperation as the two countries are working hard for a transition toward green and low-carbon development. By continuing to expand and deepen its cooperation with the United States and making concerted efforts with the U.S. in promoting green and sustainable development, Wang noted, China would make positive contributions to the world's movement against climate change.
