At the invitation of the Government of the United States of Mexico, Vice President David Waisman Rjavinsthi of the Republic of Peru, Vice President José Vicente Rangel Vale of the Bolivar Republic of Venezuela, Prime Minister Patrick Manning of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago and the Government of Jamaica, Vice President Zeng Qinghong will pay official visits to the five countries from January 23rd to February 3rd. During his visits, Vice President Zeng Qinghong will also attend the Opening Ceremony of the first Ministerial-level Meeting of the China-Caribbean Economy and Trade Cooperation Forum 2005 on February 2nd in Kingston, Capital of Jamaica.
