On November 26, 2013, Huang Ping, Director-general of the Department of Consular Affairs of the Foreign Ministry gave the sixth assessment on the Detailed Implementation Rules for the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the Facilitation of Legitimate Travel and Cooperation to Combat Illegal Immigration with Director of Growth & External Engagement at UK Home Office Jeremy Oppenheim in Beijing. The two sides made positive comments on the execution of the Rules for MOU, and had in-depth exchanges of views on further facilitating the personnel exchanges and cooperating to combat illegal immigration activities.
