On December 27, 2012, Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi held talks with Vuk Jeremic, visiting president of the 67th Session of the UN General Assembly, exchanging views on the work of the UN General Assembly, cooperation between China and the UN as well as other international and regional issues of common concern.
