Upon the invitation of the NPC Standing Committee and the State Council of the People's Republic of China, President Kim Yong-nam of the Supreme People's Assembly Presidium of the Democratic People's Republic of Korean will be heading a delegation of the DPRK to pay an official friendly visit to China from October 18 to 20.
